Abstract
- The article reports on a summit meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in at the Peace House on the South Korean side of the border village of Panmunjom on April 27, 2018. It is noted that the meeting shows the willingness of Kim to bargain away his nuclear weapons. The governments of the U.S. and North Korea have been negotiating about a possible meeting between President Donald Trump and Kim to address the nuclear standoff.
