UMBRAL CALCULUS APPROACH TO r-STIRLING NUMBERS OF THE SECOND KIND AND r-BELL POLYNOMIALS.

In this paper, we would like to use umbral calculus in order to derive some properties, recurrence relations and identities related to r-Stirling numbers of second kind and r-Bell polynomials.
