Abstract
- An interview with stage actress and director Phylicia Rashad is presented. Rashad shares her decision to direct the plays "Our Lady of 121st Street" by Stephen Adly Guirgis and "The Roommate" by Jen Silverman. She also talks about her style as a director, the secret to her long life in the theater and her opinion on the 1972 play "Wedding Band" with Ruby Dee at the Public Theater in New York City.
