Abstract

Measures cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) hypocretin-1 levels in Japanese patients with narcolepsy-cataplexy, narcolepsy without cataplexy, essential hypersomnia, idiopathic hypersomnia and obstructive sleep apnea. Undetectable or very low hypocretin-1 levels in the majority of narcolepsy-cataplexy patients.
