Abstract

The article focuses on a study conducted to analyze the viability and cell-cell adhesion in SLS-treated human keratinocytes with pretreatment with Sodium lauryl sulphate (SP). The study found no cytotoxic effect in Normal human keratinocytes (NHKs) and cytotoxicity was reduced in cells pretreated with SP at low SLS doses.
