Abstract
- The article discusses the case of a healthy 35-year-old Swiss woman who was admitted in hospital for persistent fever, headache, and myalgia for three days. The patient further shows symptoms of thrombocytopenia, Abdominal ultrasound showed acute acalculous cholecystitis, cough, dyspnea, and hypoxemia which is further diagnosed as leptospirosis.
