Abstract

The paper established the transfer network and bus line network by respectively using space P and space R model method. Then regard these two networks as the sub-networks, this paper presented a new two layers coupled public traffic network through the connection between the bus stops and bus lines, and this model can well reflect the connection between the passengers and bus operating vehicles. Based on the synchronization theory of coupled network with dual time-varying delays and taking "Lorenz system" as the network node, the paper studied the stability of two layers coupled public traffic network. Finally, the numerical results are given to show the impact of public traffic dispatching, delayed departure, the number of common bus stops between bus lines and the accessibility between bus stops to the two layers coupled public traffic network balance.
