Numérique et conditions de travail : quelle prévention des risques ?

The digital switchover in work environment is in progress due to Information Technology and Communication (ICT)' development. For example, the digitalization of information is replacing the "paper" documents. This transformation should support information exchanges and associated treatments without using any hardware support. However, it seems to affect occupational and workers. These paper present issues regarding the changes in the nature of occupational and the risks to the health and well-being at work. The results come from national field studies leaded in two public services. Finally, some measures are proposing in order to improve the use of these technologies while limiting their impact.
