Abstract
- The ergonomie approach of the activity as part of a new field, that of work and teacher training, takes on a historical-cultural approach that considers the teaching activity as the reconstruction of a work environment in which the relationship between individual and group action are destined to be rebuilt based on the standards and values debate updated by new requirements. The first part will present the approach that consists of recreating the prescribed production process that affects the operation so as to understand the conflicts and contradictions at work in the interaction between teachers. A second part will present the prescriptive artefact as an organiser of the group activity in the process of re-standardisation and definition of work rules. A third part will show the relevance of placing the operation in the work report of Heads of schools and empowerment of teachers. Finally, the discussion will focus on the advantages and limitations of an operation to improve the work of teachers in situations deteriorated by the multiplicity of requirements.
