Abstract
- A case study is present in which a A 29-year-old pregnant woman suffering from diabetes was diagnosed with congenital defect known as coronary artery fistula (CAF). It notes that the fetal echocardiography revealed dilated left coronary artery. The article mentions the delivery of a female infant through cesarean section and that the infant was detected patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The case also mentions the surgery of the fistula and PDA.
