Capturing Genetic Diversity: The Power of the CC and DO Mouse Models.

The article presents the author’s view on the question of genetic diversity, based on experiments in toxicological and environmental research and new mouse genetics resources called the Collaborative Cross (CC) and the Diversity Outbred (DO). According to the author, the response to the same dose of chemical or similar environmental exposure are variable, because of genetic differences between people.
