Abstract

A case study of a 32-year-old woman, gravida 2 para 2, presented with multiple, asymptomatic, pedunculated, soft polypoidal growths is discussed. It is mentioned that lesions had gradually increased in number and size over the past 20 years. A clinical diagnosis of linear vulvar acrochordons was considered and in a single sitting by radio-frequency ablation under local anaesthesia, all the lesions were removed.
