Attempts to determine whether the timing of neonatal seizures after birth correlated with the timing of a fetal asphyxial event. Mean onset time and standard deviation of neonatal seizures in hours from the time of birth; Frequency of seizures within 6, 12, and 24 hours of birth separated by the timing of fetal neurologic injury.
