Comparison of Approaches to Determine Average Waiting Time of Urban Rail-bound Transport with the Influences of Road Traffic in Aspect of Application (Part 2).

Based on the two described approaches in the first part of the article, the applicability of various approaches is discussed for urban rail-bound networks in Part 2. The quality of operational service will be reduced due to the road traffic influences. Extra waiting time of urban rail-bound transport is resulted during operation. The calculation of the average waiting time based on the model approaches allow a quantitative determination of the significant road traffic influences on the urban rail-bound transport.
