The article presents a case study of a 25-year-old female with Ebstein's anomaly and bleeding vagina after amenorrhea. It discusses the physiological effects of her condition, treatment using hysterotomy, and pathophysiological aspects of the patient. Particular focus is given to the issues faced by pregnant women with hypothyroidism when given anaesthesia.
