Abstract

The article provides information on the ships of the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command (MSC). It discusses the program areas of the operations of the MSC, which include the Fleet Oiler, Special Mission, Service Support and Surge Sealift programs. It also describes the features and functions of the ships within each program.
