Abstract

The article offers tips on making physical activity a regular part of one's life. Exercise physiology assistant professor Robert Powell recommends having a clear and specific goal which can enhance motivation to push oneself. Another is setting a goal that can be measured which offers the easiest way to measure one's progress. Also included is the need to make sure that one's exercise plan is attainable and fits one's lifestyle.
