- The article focuses on the destruction, resilience, and recovery after earthquakes and aftershocks in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Oaxaca, Mexico in September 2017. Topics include human activity impact on the climate change, emergency aid and shelter needed by 2.5 million people, and statement of Marcelino Nolasco Martínez, director of the Tepeyac Human Rights Center in Tehuantepec, regarding the reconstruction in country.
