Abstract: Information on several issues discussed at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's (SCO) 16th meeting of the Council og Heads of Government in the Russian resort city of Sochi, Russia held from November 30 to December 1, 2017 is presented. Topics include international and regional security, economic cooperation and cultural relations, and improvement in international monetary and financial system.
