The scientific article attempts to demonstrate the need of law to metamorphose, so that it is able to accompany the growth, dynamics and constant evolution of human civilization and their new requirements. It points out the search for a strategic legal thinking, with practical observations of the Strategic Analysis of Law, increasingly essential in today's world. Will aim to demonstrate the concrete forms highlighted to achieve and use the legal strategy, in order to stand out mechanisms of business law that prove successful, the capacity for innovation and adaptation that provides legal strategies. The work has the theoretical framework the study of strategic analysis of law, and is done through theoretical methodology and literature review, with consideration of the relevant legislation to the theme, as well as doctrines, published legal articles.
