Abstract

In that article devoted to analysis of gender violence over the years in national and international law, which was obtained care to surround the subject with the theoretical framework by proposing a dialogue with the structuralist thinkers like Deleuze, Michel Foucault and Pierre Bourdieu concomitant Simone Beauvoir, Judith Butler under the power of the theory of approach that prevails in human, social and legal relations. There was a concern to rethink the concept of gender, from the deconstruction of its structural elements linked to biological, social and historical condition. In addition to this deconstruction, other concepts were worked out, such as: sex, sexuality and identity. In this initial trajectory it was emphasized that men and women are plural and complex citizens, and in the midst of this is violence that is also the result of conflicts that require this lacking space for dialogue and understanding. Finally, as a text-building mechanism used the hypothetical-deductive method, based on literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
