As a newly cultural pattern, computational culture has been acknowledged all over the world, increasing exponentially its recognition and value. As a crucial teaching department for college teachers and students, the computational experiment teaching center should play a positive and leading role in the construction of computational culture. Due to the deficiency of computational culture education in most colleges, the paper introduces the guiding principle, the construction project and achievements to its solution based on the real situation of the Computational Experiment Teaching Center in author's college.
