Abstract

Investigates the inhibition of T cell signal transduction by polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). Detergent-resistant membrane (DRM) domains involved in signal transduction; Enrichment of PUFA in T cells; Correlation of signal transduction in PUFA-enriched T cells with presence of Src family kinase Lck in DRM.
