High pressure injection injuries are very dangerous type of injuries. In tis paper, we present a patient who admitted with complaints of severe pain, throbbing, tension and functional deficit at the 2nd finger of the right hand due to water based dye accumulation into it. The patient’s symptoms improved after the surgical decompression under local anesthesia in the emergency room. No complications were observed during 6 months postoperative follow-up.
