Abstract
- This systematic review evaluated the effect of home telemonitoring of patients with heart failure on 30-day hospital readmission. Six research articles were included, with a sample size of 51,014 participants. Due to limited data and inconclusive results, no recommendations for practice can be drawn. Further research is needed.
