- The article reports on the unfair and deceptive practices of Wells Fargo & Company, an American international banking and financial services holding company, as well as failing to manage risks has been critized by federal regulator the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. According to Catherine Pulley, a Wells Fargo spokeswoman, that they are working to improve their customer care services in response to the issue.
