Abstract: Asynthetic scheme for a transport platform for the creation of new diagnostic and therapeutic antitumor drugs that was based on a dendrimer with a core of pentaerythritol tetraglycidyl ether (TGEPE) and dendra with diallylamine was developed. The transport platform was promising for designing targeted antitumor agents for magnetic resonance tomography and nuclear medicine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
