The article discusses the findings of Hurricane Harvey Update survey of Information Handling Services (IHS) Markit Ltd., which showed the decline in the volume of U.S. olefins, aromatics and derivative capacity as part of the impacts of Hurricane Harvey to ethylene production plants in the U.S.
