Abstract
- The article discusses the wildlife conservation efforts that are undertaken to save wild birds and hatchlings that belong to a rookery on West Ninth Street in Santa Rosa, California. Topics include the challenges facing the nesting great egrets to bring up their young at Santa Rosa's Ninth Street Rookery, and the conservation efforts that are carried out to save these birds by the International Bird Rescue organization.
