- The article discusses the importance of an agile approach in project management for law firms, adapted from the Legal Project Management (LPM) Quick Reference Guide, an electronic library. Topics discussed include the subgroups in LPM created by the Project Management Institute including aerospace, construction and energy sectors; the use of agile project management in software development; and the use of large scale project management by law firm Seyfarth Shaw.
