Abstract

The article talks about the transformation of 80,000 square feet commercial office building into an outpatient health care facility, along with the installation of Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Topics include addressing air ventilation, exhaust air discharge and air filters based on building program; making all participate in integrated project delivery (IPD); and asking suggestions from consultant engineer and electrical consulting engineers.
