Abstract: The article presents an interview with American space lawyer James E. Dunstan who discusses various topics including his work on space law-related issues such as a lease for the Russian Mir space station and the first pitch of the 2002 World Series baseball championship involving the International Space Station. The legal aspects of asteroid mining, property rights, and space tourism are examined, along with unidentified flying objects.
