Topics covered include paromomycin provided by the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative in 2015 to implement combination therapy as the first-line treatment, the use of place of residence as a proxy for place of infection, and sodium stilbogluconate as the drug most commonly used in single regimen treatment.
