空心钉张力带钢丝联合内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效.

Obejective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of hollow screw tension band steel wire for internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture patients. Methods: 150 cases of patellar fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent cerclage wire fixation, while patients in the experimental group were treated with hollow screw tension band steel wire internal fixation. After operation, the joint function exercise was performed regularly, and the regular patch test was performed to prevent the complications. The fracture healing time, operation time, the excellent rate of clinical treatment and the incidence rate of complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the fracture healing time was shorter, the operation time was longer, the effective rate was higher, rate of complications was lower of patients in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Compared with cerclage wire fixation, hollow screw tension band steel wire had higher clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of patellar fracture. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
