Purpose. Determine the technological features of garments manufacturing of made from opticalfiber materials taking into account their mechanical properties. Methodology. Standardized methods for studying the mechanical property and experimental methods for studying the technological processing of the garments manufacture were use. Findings. The paper describes the results of mechanical properties of opticalfiber materials and proposed recommendations for garments technological processing of such materials. Originality. The analysis of the mechanical properties of opticalfiber materials is carried out and the process parameters of processing sewing goods are proposed. Practical value.
