Abstract

The article discusses a re-calibration of the prefix "inter" in the practice of international relations scholarship. It examines the importance of interpretation which bears a resemblance with Heideggerian staying at the center of subject matters and Gadamerian theorizing. It also explores the important role of language learning in understanding a globalizing international relations world.
