In the new economic normal, the economy will be driven by innovation but not by resources as before. Accordingly, to improve university student's innovation and entrepreneurship ability and fulfill the effective combination with the regional economy are the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education. However, the shortage of scientific school management theory and teaching resources as well as the unscientific curriculum and weak practical training restrict the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this study, how to establish scientific school management theory, integrate innovation and entrepreneurship resources, richen related curriculum and build innovation and entrepreneurship education platform under the new economic normal is discussed.
