Abstract: The article presents a study on cardiac troponin T and its emergence in chronic kidney disease (CKD). It highlights the difference between reduced renal elimination and increased cardiac release as the central process. It also notes the evaluation of contribution on impaired renal elimination through the rhythmic diurnal oscillation pattern of troponin T.
