The article addresses creativity in teaching. It is intended to contribute with reflections that support innovating practices at school. The study is anchored in historical-cultural psychology which understands human being as skilled to re-signify senses. Addressing the constitution of human beings as a creative and creator being brings options in a time in which the teacher reproduces alienation processes. The context and the experienced relations are essential for the triggering of the creative process.
