Abstract: The article presents an expert system for selection of semi-finished products using decision trees. The division of semi-finished products, the method of induction of decision trees, the expert system was discussed. The main part of the paper presents the methodology of creating an expert system using decision trees for the selection of semifinished products and sample screens of an implemented system.
