Abstract
- In order to solve the basic problem of decision-making and management for multi-attribute and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation on the interconnected river system network engineering schemes, a comprehensive evaluation and sensitivity analysis method of optimization and sorting for the engineering schemes based on score functions of vague sets and cloud model is proposed with the project of water diversion to northern Zhejiang province as an example, the method is used to discuss the effect of different score functions on sorting the engineering schemes and analyze their robustness for evaluating under the circumstances the changes of single index and multiple weights.
