Abstract

To bridge the students' ability gap between learning and applying, management and economies programs attempted to induce integrated simulation internship in campus as a maneuver before the real internship start. Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology carried out several rounds of multi-disciplinary integrated simulation internship practice successfully at the scale of thousand students, by using three modules (business-driven module, personnel organization module, optimal evaluation module) to promote the practice continually. With the deepening of practice, it was found that multi-disciplinary integrated simulation internship not only can train students ability in the course level by enriching, supplementing teaching content and forms; but also provide learning outcome feedback from program level, as well as train students while also improving the teachers' application ability. This attempt allows multi-disciplinary integrated simulation internship practice to be an active choice to cultivate talents instead of a passive resorts. The paper tried to explore an empirical pattern of large-scale multi-disciplinary simulation internship and discuss its value and implementation from the program's perspective.
