Abstract

Today, many service industry to act according to the predict of future, to retain existing customers and to win new customers to profit the highest level by removing the main (air tickets, etc.) and side (air excess baggage, food, etc.) is implementing its activities. Rival firms belonging to the same sector strengthens competition among customers with the aim to consolidate its position in the market. This competition as to cause to use of revenue management. The most important aim of revenue management is that the experience of the manager rather than the highest level is risen evidence-based profit sector. Revenue Management is seen in this literature, where research is different from the yield management."The document analysis" was applied in the study. The obtained data are a source of secondary data, which is determined by the services sector, would help the current administration. This data is determined by which work should be given in the future. To be earned the maximum profit and the management strategy with revenue management methods have been applied to create differences in non-sectoral emphasis in this research results, the service sector has also emerged where the most implementation of revenue management.
