Abstract

The article reports on the use of biofunctionalized conductive polymers for electrocatalysis of carbon dioxide in generating renewable carbon feedstock and synthetic fuels. It is said that polydopamine could offer the combination of efficient electrical conduction, together with rendered active catalytic sites.
