Chinese industrial parks present noticeable problems, including expansion, upscaling, attracting investment and potential, improving efficiency, and planning. This results in a major contradiction, namely, the shortage of land resources on the one hand and their inefficient use on the other; thus, there is need for a system that can reduce inefficient industrial land use. This study uses different methods to analyze the conflict between supply and demand in the existing system of reducing inefficient industrial land use. It is based on a comprehensive analysis of the associated methods and processes currently in use. Among other suggestions, it also proposes an innovative mechanism for reducing inefficient industrial land use. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
