Abstract

Constitutional matrix power, the access to justice is a essential mean enabler of rights protection, and although potentiated by the Small Claims Courts, because dammed demands were able to have their routing, it was left questioned by the flowering of legal adventures, individualism and the possible status maintenance of state interest and huge business conglomerates, theme of this article, which also depicts the form of realization of the principles and the scope of protection by the process in the Courts, starting from principiologic assumptions and pratics in order to impose criticims and sugestions to the microsystem, using the deductive method and literature review.
