非创伤性评估非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝与脂肪性肝炎的研究.

Objective To investigate the change of some specific serological indicator between nonalcoholic simple fatty liver （ NASFL ） group and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （ NASH ） group， and to establish noninvasive method and evaluation system for clinical differential diagnosis of NASFL and NASH. Methods Totally 156 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （ NAFLD ） were divided into NASFL group and NASH group according to the biopsy results from january to December 2010， 78 cases in each group. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase （ ALT， aspertate aminotransferase （ AST， triglyceride （ TG， cytokeratin 18 （ CK-18， hypersensitive creactive protein （ hs-CRP， adiponectin， leptin， serum transforming growth factor β1 （ TGF-β1， metalloproteinases 1 tissue inhibitor （ TIMP-1， hyaluronic acid （ HA ） and typeⅢ collagen peptide （ PcⅢ ） were detected. Results Compared with NASFL group， the serum levels of CK-18， hs-CRP， leptin， HA， PcⅢ ， TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 in patients of NASH group were increased significantly， while adiponectin levels were decreased significantly， the difference had statistical significance （ P< 0.05 ）. Conclusion Different expressions of several specific serological indicators were observed between NASFL and NASH patients， which might be served as the potential biomarkers for noninvasive differential diagnosis for evaluate of NASFL and NASH.
