Percepções sobre Cibersegurança e Privacidade emPortugal: Evidências Estatísticas de Igualdade e Desigualdade Homem-Mulher.

This article aims to analyze the perceptions expressed about issues related to cybersecurity and privacy of computer systems in Portugal. The study addresses the issue of gender equality, based on the malefemale dichotomy, using a perspective intrinsically related to a differential perceptions of bias. The research methodology adopts an approach that consists in the use of 10 measurement variables. From the statistical analysis of the results obtained, there is no unidirectional pattern in the data: according to the indicators, higher perceptions were detected for male subjects, for female subjects, or absence of statistically significant differences.
