Symmetrical drug-related intertriginous and flexural erythema (Baboon syndrome) induced by simultaneous exposure to oral and topical terbinafine.

A case study of a 62-year-old man presented with large erosions, 5-10 cm in size, over the medial aspects of the thighs, groins, perianal area and nape of the neck is presented. The starting of the disease started as erythematous, itchy papules and plaques in the groin, which were treated with oral terbinafine and antihistamines was revealed in a detailed history.
