Screening infekce HCV: máme důvod ke změně?

This review summarizes the crucial epidemiological data concerning the hepatitis virus C (HCV) infection forming the basis of screening strategies in countries throughout the world. Analysis of the situation in the Czech Republic shows why the currently applied strategy is founded in the knowledge of risk of HCV exposure.
